Not fit for purpose
This app reflects eir’s overall service,in fact the only service they seem to have talent for is fraud.
4g doesn’t exist,the mobile broadband dongles cost over 100 euros with the promise of 4g which is non existent and the Eir try blame a dongle they sold you for 100 Euro being the issue.
Considering eir’s connection to the Irish state it seems they can say and do what they want,false advertising ,fraud etc etc
Avoid this company,it’s the worst in Ireland for mobile service and broadband, most mobile servers are overpriced and poor,this tells you how low eir are.
If you want an internet connection from 1999 eir is your company however if born after 1960 and you want to do more than check your families pictures from Australia perhaps go elsewhere,in fact the pictures might not load up.....
If you have time please do as many others do and report them to comreg.
App is worse than the Vodafone one!!
I just switched from Vodafone - I thought that THEIR app was horrendous! This one is worse! Never works. Constantly asks me to login but I don’t get the dashboard with my usage or billing information. I switched my broadband/ landline to Eir 3 months ago - can’t view that information either despite the fact that it should now bundled with my mobile info. I should be able to see everything in one place. It’s amazing how tech companies always have the worst apps.
It’s taken two weeks 2 email addresses and any amount of wasted hours, finally I was able to log in, didn’t last long, I’ve never been able to view my usage as I’m constantly seeing the ‘session expired’ warning. Horrendous app, probably going to switch if I can never access my usage
UPDATE can’t even log in at all now, I was told 10 working days before it will be solved, probably the worst phone network app thats ever been invented
