In the map section, you will find new information about charging stations compatibility with RFID payment and Plug & Charge, and new options for filtering the stations displayed according to these compatibilities.
Your interactive guide is also now available offline for use in any situation.

Good app but missing a few important issue
This is a good app, but it is missing a few important issues ( which is available on other apps)
1. Lock / Unlock function.
The ability to lock or unlock the car. Also able to see if the car is locked from the app.
2. Tyre pressure
The ability to check what tyre pressure at any time, so before a long journey you would know if the tyre need attention.
Should be much better than this
I am only new to Renault and EVs, but this App is a bit of a letdown frankly. It should allow quick, easy checking of status and setting of features like preconditioning or charge settings, but the latency between set and confirmation of changes is dreadful. Sometimes the App cannot even confirm if a change went through or not, it just shows the “changing” icon for ages until I give up and restart the app.
Either it is the application, or the backend systems, but whichever it is this needs a lot of improvement.
Useful App.
This is a useful app which adds to the enjoyment of the car. If I could suggest an addition, I would like to be able to control the charging limit (80% to 100%) from the app; helps when planning longer journeys.
