Sky is a bully
I feel I have been bullied and have mental anguish after my three calls to sky customer service about my wishes to cancel my sky tv account .
I spent over three and a half hours on your customer service and to be cut off three times by you 36 mins first time .
I called next day and was on hold for 1 hour before talking to customer service man wanting to cancel my sky tv account and was put through only for ye to hang up on me again .
I called again the next day on Friday 7 to be on hold for 1 hour 30 mins and got to talk to customer service man who said he could not help me and he put me through to yet another customer service man and he said he could only cancel broadband with sky which I don’t have !!!!.
So he put me through to another customer service man who did not or could not help me because he was in a Glasgow customer service centre for which I got mad on the phone which I apologise for so he said he would put me to Republic of Ireland customer service centre so I could cancel my account only for after 2 hours on the phone he put me through only for ye to cut me off again for the third time !!! That call cost me 33 euro !!
So I am left with no choice but to cancel and continue to cancel my direct debit until you can terminate my contract with sky tv.
I will wait to hear back from you as soon as possible.
For the love of Sky
I cannot tell you how much I always enjoy the Sky experience. From their absolutely brilliant call centre team, the engineers and all the helpful staff at Sky to the amazing array of fantastic channels and programming they provide. The Sky Apps are bar none and the VIP programme I just signed up for that rewards loyalty with some fantastic prizes. I cannot day enough good things about Sky and their services and products. If you are with any other carrier I hope you drop them and call SKY immediately as you will not be disappointed! This is a team that are always reinventing themselves and coming up with phenomenal ways to enjoy your viewing, listening and information. You guys are the best! Thank you SKY and here’s to many more years together as 11 years is only the start for me with you!

I was amazed that someone in SKY support answered the phone so quickly especially in these difficult times... Richie was very helpful in answering questions and giving us time to get our package up to date and at a good price. Baring in mind as he explained he was working from home and was missing the company of his piers. On the final word thanked him for his time, assistance and helpfulness with our account and hope things return back to normal for him ASAP
