For the love of Sky

I cannot tell you how much I always enjoy the Sky experience. From their absolutely brilliant call centre team, the engineers and all the helpful staff at Sky to the amazing array of fantastic channels and programming they provide. The Sky Apps are bar none and the VIP programme I just signed up for that rewards loyalty with some fantastic prizes. I cannot day enough good things about Sky and their services and products. If you are with any other carrier I hope you drop them and call SKY immediately as you will not be disappointed! This is a team that are always reinventing themselves and coming up with phenomenal ways to enjoy your viewing, listening and information. You guys are the best! Thank you SKY and here’s to many more years together as 11 years is only the start for me with you!

I was amazed that someone in SKY support answered the phone so quickly especially in these difficult times... Richie was very helpful in answering questions and giving us time to get our package up to date and at a good price. Baring in mind as he explained he was working from home and was missing the company of his piers. On the final word thanked him for his time, assistance and helpfulness with our account and hope things return back to normal for him ASAP


Rubbish app, rubbish customer service!

This app is complete rubbish. They say in their blurb "we listen to you". Do you REALLY? I don't think so. There is nowhere in the app where a user can send comments, so how you are listening to us beats me.
One of the "features" of this app, is the "My Rewards" section, which is intended to reward loyal customers for staying with Sky, they offer things like the National Ballet, in London. They offer back stage tickets to the O2, in London. I LIVE IN IRELAND!!!
The main screen on the app is nothing less than an advertising board for sky, this is NOT about the customer at all.
Today I received an email from Sky, it said “Claim your free voice activated remote”. In order to claim it, you have to down load the MySky app. Ok, got it! Went into the app, sound the section to claim my free remote, that bring me into the terms and conditions, only one thing missing, a way to actually claim the remote...
