So many problems & glitches with this app I don’t even know where to start ... but for starters I wish they would fix the login screen. It takes me about half an hour at least to login in every time. I’m inputting the correct password, it keeps telling me it’s the incorrect password (but it’s definitely not the wrong one). Sometimes it kicks me back or into the old login screen (ie the screen from old My Vodafone app) or it will just keep telling me it’s the incorrect password numerous times. Eventually, and only sometimes, it may finally login me in but this is completely random and sometimes it doesn’t. Most times I lose the will to live and just give up to be honest. Then, on the odd occasion I do actually get into the app, it’s so “un-user” friendly and hard to read and navigate. Also, I can’t find to seem anywhere where I can chat to a customer service rep or a web form to make enquiries. That’s not to say it’s not there. I’m quite tech savvy but I find this app extremely difficult to navigate so it may be there somewhere!! I hope Vodafone read these reviews as there seems to be a consistent theme running through them!

For a company that is known WORLDWIDE the app has got to be the worst that I have EVER seen! The app NEVER works. I have tried paying for my bill on several
Occasions and they told me there was an issue with my bank, this was not the case. I contacted customer service and this is where I thought I would receive good customer service! Oh how I was wrong. First of all it sounded like they were working on a street, the background noise was something from a construction site! The staff were very unhelpful, and spoke over me every single time I spoke. I brought to their attention several times (took a few days to pay my bill over the phone) the issues that I was experiencing with the app and I might have well been talking to a wall.....no response. I asked could I speak to a manager and they said that the manager doesn’t not speak to customers?? Which completely baffled me!! I was speaking to one person and I felt that I was put onto loudspeaker. One very dissatisfied customer.

This app is terrible. Use autofill. Remember your details. Type them in from memory or from having called out to you.
Won’t matter. The app will tell you that you’re wrong. Then, when it deigns to let you in, and you’d like to do anything related to your account, it’s slow, it has random errors that direct you to chat to support to rectify.
So you go, eventually because you’re sick of the app, to chat to support. And you have a slower, buggier, unwieldy interface.
I’ve used hobby Eliza programs that had better interfaces. I’m fairly certain that prehistoric man, hammering with rocks on fallen tree trunks had a better interface.
And prehistoric man probably got better satisfaction too…
Overall, the app is a wrapper for a website that is every UX and UI designers nightmare made flesh.
Usability is thrown out the window in the name of making sure people can’t **actually** get to someone who’ll help.
Remember, Vodafone removed their hosted forums, have no presence on the likes of Reddit (which they block) or boards dot ie.
You should try to phone them. I did that recently too. Got hung up on 4 times before I spoke to someone who couldn’t answer my questions and directed me back to the chat. Through the app.
Dante got it wrong. This app is a new circle of Hell and they took away Sisyphus’ Stone and gave him a smartphone instead.
