The myenergi app is the centre of your myenergi ecosystem and a must for anyone who uses our eco smart products.
It provides a simple, visual dashboard to allow you to see just how your devices are working hard to reduce your energy cost and carbon footprint. The app seamlessly connects to all of your myenergi devices, giving you full control and access from anywhere in the world.

Poor App
This app is beyond useless. With every “fix” it has made it even worse than before.
Added icons for unpurchased products???
What are you thinking? Really? Will I be more inclined to purchase another myenergi product because now you have added a link to your online shop on the app’s Home Screen? Here’s a reminder every time I launch the app that I still haven’t purchased all your products?
Any of you myenergi team who had reservations about including this in the release — you were right! You should speak up more forcefully next time.
I love my zappi, but you’ve all lost a bit of respect from this customer.
Slow & Temperamental
I hope the lovely people at myenergi make improvements to the app soon. At the moment it’s just slow and temperamental and there’s not enough you can do to your myenergi devices without having to physically go to them. I wish the app would display messages like “max temp reached” on the Eddi or any fault messages that might show on the Zappi, there have been a few times where my Zappi had a fault and wasn’t charging my car but the app just showed that charging was paused so I assumed not enough pv generation. This platform has massive potential though, I’m hoping usability & reliability improvements are made relatively soon as I have paid so much money for my system and have had to contact support too frequently.
