Great intuitive app

I have used the app past few week. I’m at the trying out and learning how to navigate the input information. I’m not using full functionality as yet. The app at first feels intuitive and easy to use. The set up for the profile is a giddied step by step process through the app without navigating between too many tabs. You can start from day one using the app and learn how to add food to your diary. It helps that your food items are saved and can be reused in the future.
It helps to track your weight and steps ( I’m connected via app to Apple Watch).
The benefits are many, from tracking to easy counting calories, but most importantly the mobile app allows you to long the food anywhere you are, no need for laptop, links and spreadsheets. How doesn’t have a phone with them all times. The accessibility and availability at hand sold it for me. The free trial also helps:)

Finally loosing weight makes sense ❤️❤️❤️

Love love love this app. Honestly it took me a while to get into logging everything. Now that I am being honest and logging when I eat, everything is making sense. I am now loosing weight regularly. I had a very bad eating week but because I kept logging my eating I could look back and see exactly what went wrong.

Macros are now my new best friend. I never realised how many carbs I was eating and how little protein. Now I am eating a must better balance. ❤️❤️ this app.

An AMAZING FREE APP! could be better

One or two little things could be better and the App would be Amazing. For example, weight training does burn calories where as the app doesn't count weight training as a calorie burning exercise. As a experienced personal trainer I think this is silly and impractical. On the other hand besides that the App is absolutely brilliant and very handy. I hope they fix this 😜👍🏼 I reeeeeeally appreciate this app and still think this is the best App there is!
