I’d expect nothing less by the Irish government, useless app. I was speaking with a few lads in work today about my information being refused and being asked to call into my SAFE registration centre. Lo and behold, everyone at the table had the same experience using the app. When you eventually get to submit your information it’ll be refused and you’ll have to call into your local office. Save yourself 30 mins and don’t download the app and submit your documents.

I’d give it 0 stars. All it does is redirect you to their website, and then the website tells you to access it through the app 🙄

What muppet came up with this?! To access the app you need a PSC - to order a PSC online you need to do so with MyGovID app and you can’t complete your MyGovID verification without the PSC — and the loop continues. The most Irish security system solution.

Really poor app. Keeps crashing. The Government on behalf of the taxpayer continues to prove it is incapable of delivering a user friendly, digital solution that works.

Verified my account several times and kept taking me to the website. Was in a loop, such a waste of time. Shocker.

All it does is verify your identity every time and redirects you to the web site. Another mess by the government 🙄
