Profiled me bec I was Muslim
The company allowed 2 of my friends to sign up in about 30 mins . They took over 2 days to respond to my application , where they then proceeded to ask me for proof of employment . The difference between me & my colleagues , I am of Arab ethnicity. They are of kikuyu ethnicity. I asked customer service to explain why they profiled me, they gave me a generic response “this is a compliance requirement” . Does it mean if I was unemployed I wouldn’t be able to use their app. STICK TO REMITLY ..! Dnt waste your time if your arab or Muslim. A response back from the developer over a year later
