Ratings and Reviews
Crashing
I love the app but for a few days is just constantly crashing. I turned my phone on and off, I checked my internet, I uninstalled and installed the app again and nothing. The app itself is amazing so if you could fix this that would be amazing.
Embarrassing media makes nasa look worse than amateurs!
It’s just a crying shame that an organisation like NASA can do so much to better science, but look like clueless idiots by not taking their media seriously, delivering unprofessional, outdated products that were never up to the standards of the content they are supposed to serve. It’s quite frankly an embarrassment to the hard work done by it’s scientists that their work is presented in such a way, in this day and age there’s really no excuse for it. The release of the first 5 images of the James Webb space telescope should be NASA’s crowning glory, but turned into a glitch fest debacle that failed miserably for me on every platform I tried to tune in on. The sound was so bad ( mixed feeds), full screen images not working properly, that was when the streaming worked of course. I felt bad for the presenters, frankly, and it’s all just so unnecessary in this day and age of seamless communication ( at least on Earth) I have gigabyte broadband and a whole ecosystem of devices that work fine. NASA has no excuses not to deliver a polished, professional experience for a whole sweet of platforms. They have put men on the moon with the compute power of a pocket calculator for crying out loud! Get on with the show NASA!
Subtitles on nasa plus
I’m really enjoying nasa plus on the nasa app on my iPhone. The only issue is the subtitles. I try to turn it off but it keeps saying on and it’s hard to watch the shows with them in the way. So can you update the app please.
