Thanks for rectifying the issue the App works perfectly again! Well done & thanks for listening to my feedback. Original feedback:App is too big for iPhone screen. Used to work perfectly however now there is over typing. You can’t see fill numbers when ticket displayed for confirmation - can’t see fill screen when in daily millions app making the purchase either. Interestingly the add finds screen hasn’t changed and works perfectly! All in all it’s now a dreadful app I’m afraid with this app It’s a case of if it’s not broke don’t fix it. When are you planning to resolve current issues - going on far too long now.
Hi, thanks for flagging this to us. We've just released a new version of the app which should resolve this for you. Can you please upgrade to the latest version and let us know if that works ok?
I like this App, it’s easy to use and straightforward. You can easily pick your numbers and do them for weeks ahead if you are going to be away. In the past if you won via the App you would receive an email telling you that you had won a prize, you had to log in to see how much you got. Now, for some reason they have changed it, now you get an email that tells you the range in which you have won. For example “Check the App, you have won between €2 and€99”. Where’s the fun in that? Now I know before I check the App that I’ve won a couple of quid 🙄Please National Lottery, go back to the emails that simply say we have won something and let us all dream for just a little bit longer.
Really upsetting that I’m doing lotto/ euromillions about 20 years picking same numbers adding quick picks and now even shaking spending up to 40 weekly and I’ve never even had any windfall always 2-3-6-euro so not ever even my cost back or enough to go on a shopping spree or house repairs or rent losing faith and hope in my lotto dreams as I really can’t afford to keep this up and feel I should just try save instead of investing my spare money in lotto very disheartened that I must be the unluckiest person in the world and have the unluckiest numbers that ever existed but still live in hope really could do with a windfall think I’m owed back the jackpot by now lol
It’s very frustrating that if I have come to UK say for 2 weeks and I want to buy ticket I can’t do it due to geographical location. I have to be based in Ireland. Why can’t you make changes to it and check if the user has valid Irish Mobile no with Bill Pay and not pay as you go to allow users to buy ticket if they are outside Ireland. Also why don’t you ask for address verification every 3 months with the latest statement (1 month old max) to make sure the user lives in Ireland. Hope this will help users who are even visiting for couple of weeks can have the ability to buy tickets online. Cheers
While I enjoy certain elements of the app, there are areas which are almost not worth using because of the time and effort required to access themEVERY TIME (not once, twice, sometimes, often) I try to access “Tickets” I am met with a message “Oops! Something happened.... try again.” I must repeat this 3, 4, sometimes 5 times before I eventually get accessLikewise, when playing Last Ticket, I am met with the same message. EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to access this feature. Again, not once, sometimes, often. EVERY TIME!Utterly frustrating!
I’m living near the border area but in the south and app won’t let me buy a ticket or even simply log into the account even tho I’m in the Republic of Ireland Just Living near the border but still in Ireland when I use the app but still refused to use the app. App says you must be in Ireland to use the app. I think better testing is needed of your location awareness and of were you think the line between north and south of Ireland is. I know it’s a uk company running the lotto now but surely you know where the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland is. Google maps is perfectly fine of pin pointing me to the exact spot and their map will say I’m in the republic of Ireland and it shows the border line fine and far away I get why you can only allow use of app when in Ireland it’s bound to be a license thing but you are neglecting a lot of Irish people living in Ireland who happen to live just inside the Irish border. Which I’m sure us also against your license and governing body for the Irish lotto surely states it must be provided to all Irish citizens in Ireland. But you are not doing thisyour app or whatever location software you are using is simply refusing me to use the service just because it is wrong thinking I’m not in Ireland
