Could be better but gets the job done
It basically makes way too much use of web wrapper for a company this big.
You'd just expect a more refined experience with a full native app since they are all about the experience.
For some reason, had to enter my credit card as it doesn't support integrated payment with touch ID which is kind of unforgivable. Your trying to get me to give you money, it should be as easy as possible to do so.
Still I was able to make a purchase without issues so it isn't a terrible app, just lacks native functionality.

I have been a Nespresso customer for 7 years now and I always found the service to be excellent. Unfortunately in the last 6 months the opposite has been the case. I placed an order through the app 2 weeks ago. I’m still waiting. The app does not offer any “contact us” or “trace your order” facility. Therefore I sent an email through the website last week. Four working days later I’ve still not received a reply. I spent over a half an hour onto customer service today to be told part of my order was out of stock. This had not identified as such on the app when I placed my order. To make matters worse, this is the third time I’ve had such an experience in the last six months. In short, this app is designed so that Nespresso can take your order (and your money!) but is in no way designed to engage with you as a customer should something go amiss. If you are thinking of investing in a new coffee machine stay away from Nespresso unless you have ready access to a boutique and can buy your coffee pods over the counter. The app, and the dismal delivery/ customer service are not worth the fancy froth!
Very poor navigation
Navigation is terrible. Once you click into an option eg Personal Information, the main menu option disappears. So you end up having to use essentially a back button to navigate back out to the menus. That gets impossible once you’ve progressed through a number of steps eg placing an order. I realized my delivery address had a typo when I was at checkout stage, and had to close the app and restart in order to change it.
Actually, there are so many flaws with this app that I can’t detail them all. Summary: very poor usability and navigation make it very very difficult to use.
