It has a very extended list of programs to watch although I stopped using Netflix a year ago because does where just around the same context narcos, infidelity, reality tv that was just too much deviating the focus from really great stories as money heist (the first 2 seasons), velvet, and explained as far as I can remember-and also Netflix has sponsored or acquired the rights of films and tv shows really well produced, (Spanish production have had great success the last few years) I hope since I have signed up again to at least find one or two series that catch my attention

The service quality is gone through the floor

I had an account for years but a few months ago I cancelled a subscription. Went abroad for a holiday and tried to sign in to activate a subscription but Netflix says my account doesn’t exist and therefore the password cannot be recovered (however I’m still getting emails from Netflix on that same email). Ok, I signed up to a new account with same details, Netflix took a payment but the app says that the content cannot be accessed from the current location. Contacted support who told me that I simply have to get a local bank card (so open a bank account while you’re on holidays) and signup again. Simple! Alternatively just ignore the message as it will disappear when I get back home. You just can’t make this up. It’s the most stupid support experience I ever had.

The app interface has gone really bad too, the UX, the flows, the show presentation in homepage. Netflix is a joke now.

This new update is so bad

I wanted to watch mean girls on my ipad instead of on my tv but i need to make a new acc if i want to watch it on my own account like doesnt netflix already have enough money for all the accounts on it? why do you need more? Makes no sense like let me save some money using the same account, not everyone wants to pay so many subscriptions just to watch it on another device and i dont even know if mean girls is on netflix i hope it is but yeah this is really unfair and im sure alot of people would agree even rich people so please fix this netflix this is being too greedy why do u need so much of a cash grab and why do i need ios 16 or something to use your app can u fix this so that more users will actually want to go onto your app? Then you will get a good amount of money while being fair to everyone and having good reviews. Thanks
