App Support site doesn’t even work

This app crashes every time I try to look at the folder option to see all my files. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app of several occasions with no success. The App Support page doesn’t load. I’m really disappointed with this app and it’s disabling me from using my camera.

Appalling service

Purchased my camera over two years ago, and the app didn’t work so it pretty much left the camera redundant, I have tried it several times since and the app still doesn’t work
