Bad review
I recently got in contact, which wasn’t easy ‘ , with paddy power . To find out .. why , I can’t watch live races on the app anymore, i recieved a reply stating that Racing U k , held all the rights to showing races on the paddy power website, or racing T V as it’s called now , shows the Irish and English cream of the crop racing , which are nice to watch from time to time , as I still can’t access these races and as a paddy power customer with money in an acc I feel that I should be entitled to the availability of this service , if the same thing happens again today I’ll be going to the local office in the morning to hand in my cash card and tell them there why I’m leaving your customer base ,

An excellent app and service. Only downsides are a) not responsible for incorrect advertising? I’m confused, who does the ads? b) big prize promotions such as money deposited into account, claim it if put in, never put into mine, or the draw for having the winner backed for the €1m race, was my name even in there?!?&@?? Thanks for the fun though...
Since this I have had two betting queries which are incorrectly resolved and nobody will entertain my problem. It is very rude from online team to dismiss my opinion and close conversations…..

Money unfairly taken
I was playing who wants to be a millionaire roulette and I tried to undo 2 100 euro bets well within the 15 seconds to do so and my app froze twice while I was pressing undo so the bets shouldn’t have gone through my app then crashed and when I went back into it I was down 100 and It happened again causing me to lose 200 euro unfairly as I every time I tried to press undo the app would freeze then exit to the Home Screen of my phone I thought the money was just taking a long time to come back into my account but no I checked the transaction log and it was taken even though I undid the bets. I’m now still waiting since yesterday for the gaming bet department to email me as I was told they would by the three different agents I talked to about this situation
