Poor UX
I downloaded the app so I can have easy access to the domestic flights booked within the Philippines but when I downloaded and logged in the app using my credentials on the websites, my booking is not there. I had to retrieve the booking manually and when I did, there is no option to go back to the main menu. And in order to see the main menu of the app, I had to restart the app which is such an inconvenience.
