Description
The PhoneWatch App reassures you that your home is safe and puts you in control from anywhere, anytime.
This is the app that gives you control of your security system and it couldn’t’ be easier.
You can:
- Arm and disarm your system from anywhere in the world
- Check the temperature and humidity in every room or floor and across the whole home
- See which doors and windows are open or closed. If you arm your system with windows left open, you’ll get an alert.
- Check that family members have arrived home safely
- View your security system’s activity log.
- Easily check that everything is fine at home with an on-demand photo when the system is armed
- Turn your lights and appliances on and off with your smart plugs
- Lock and unlock your home remotely with your smart lock
- Manage secure access to your home for family members and friends
And there’s more to discover when you download the app.
To use the PhoneWatch App, you must be a PhoneWatch customer and have a username and password.

I see a lot of really bad reviews on here, I have to say I haven’t had the issues these other people have been having.
I have found the App to be reliable and stable. It gives me any relevant information and allows me to turn on and off my alarm remotely.
If I have one complaint, it’s that I have no access to any pictures my cameras take. This is a bit ridiculous, if someone has come into my house without an invitation from me to do so, what gives PhoneWatch the right to hide their identity from me? I’m paying for my system, I expect to be able to access this.
I asked the installer, what about a camera to keep an eye on my car in the driveway? Couldn’t be done because it might record people out on the road… There are security cameras on every street in every city in the country, but I’m not allowed to have one to protect my property… it really is ridiculous!
Other than that the system works well, does its job and I’m happy with it.

Worst app I’ve ever used
This app is absolutely pointless as it just buffers constantly and gives the wrong information all the time, like the house is alarmed when it’s not. As soon as my contract is up I’m leaving. The company clearly don’t seem to care about their customers. Also app development is not rocket science. I am a developer myself and this could easily be a fully functional working app with a fantastic user experience if they could even be bothered to sort it out. Whatever dev team are working on this should be sacked!!!
