Fantastic customer care
I had had multiple issues with the in app vouchers not working at checkout and finally spoke up about it by leaving a review here. Within 24 hours, I was contacted, refunded the difference the voucher would have made, and asked for the sort of info needed to solve the issue. Not only do they want to ensure the customer is happy, they also take active steps to ensure the app is the best it can be. That’s pretty impressive customer service to me. And the photos are always awesome.

I downloaded this app about 2 months ago and as soon as it was downloaded I tried the app out to print some photos but as soon as I had picked out my pictures that wanted to print it told me there was malfunctions. So then about a month later I tried again. I picked out my previous photos I had selected and then tried to print them. This time it let me go straight through but it said it had to upload the photos. It told me to leave my phone on and don’t turn it off. The uploading process took a total of 1 hour and 5 minutes. Once it had finished it told me that I sadly could not print my photos and that it wa
s unsuccessful and not supported. At this stage I was obviously quite annoyed and disgusted so I deleted the app without hesitation. I would not recommend this app to anyone in the future.

Great app and service
Super easy to use, loads of printing options. Very reasonable price-wise and usually have good offers/discounts each month.
Prints arrive quickly and are great quality. Never had an issue with this service.
