I’ve been using Pinergy Smart for the last two years, and the app must be the most inconsistent piece of nonsense ever developed. It updates your balance a few days or at best weeks, and then it stops. The smart display we have is also non functional, so non-functionality seems to be the common denominator of Pinergys service. They are consistent in charging massively for bad service, if my landlord wasn’t on contract with them, I would ditch them in a blink.

The usage graph tells me that data is not available. Even though data was available earlier in the day.

The app is missing a method to show what the daily usage consists of. I have had a few days of 0 kWh usage. Yet I still pay almost a euro for the day! But I have no way to see what I am paying for.

I also think the design of the app in general is very amateurish.

After update it looks bad, hard to navigate and it’s not showing you exact daily spending like 3,52 instead you see it on the chart which is much harder to read and understand. I hope they switch to previous version

Why do I have to enter a nickname. I’ll never remember the name I entered anyhow.

I didn’t receive any confirmation message the first time. I had to delete the card and start over.

Brutal app. Never shows correct balance and doesn’t update your account balance regularly at all. Unfortunately stuck with this company for reasons out of my control. Pre pay meter is a rip off too.

The app doesn’t reflect the current consumption, balance and the past consumption. On the last few days my consumption is shown as zero.

What a rubbish app, when you click on the euro symbol under usage the app completely crashes. It’s like Pinergy don’t want you to know how much you’re spending with them. No tariff info either. Sack the moron that built this app!

Extremely expensive energy costs. Hard to manage costs and very difficult to switch to another provider.
My advice to however consider to use is don’t do it
