Polar flow m400

I have this polar flow m400 for about 2 years and I find it very good. I wear it everyday (work as well) and the only damage is a bit of the strap came off at the watch face. I use the watch mainly for my running but I use about 5 of the other sports settings. I find this a great watch for syncing with my phone after a run or what ever I do on any given day. You can plan you weeks workout in the planner on the flow app which reminds you each day what you have to do, you can also add or delete depending on what’s going on that day. That’s why I’m giving it a 5 star. If I have a negative it is the usb flow cable it sometimes won’t sync to my laptop which can annoy you. But I’m not going to reduce my rating over it. So if you were thinking of a sports watch I’d get this one. Compared to others on market it great value. I also use the heart monitor strap in conjunction with the watch but you don’t have too but I’d recommend getting both, small note if using heart monitor remove monitor off strap because if you don’t it uses the battery while still clipped to strap. Hope this helps you make a decision on the watch.

Polar review

I’ve recently changed to a polar watch (polar vantage m) from a garmin and without a doubt I prefer the polar watch. My only problem is with the polar flow app, while the app itself isn’t bad it simply doesn’t compare to the garmin connect app. The app is complicated and it’s hard to find all the data that’s provided

Great for training

The app and products work very well together for accurate training information. I would be great if there was a gps option was added in the next upgrade that enabled input of grid references and used bearings etc especially on the watch the function of a MGRS for inputting co ordinates would be brilliant
