Description
By adding their car registration in the app, Season Ticket holders at PaSS car parks will be able to enter and exit by having their number plate scanned at the barrier. PaSS is only live at selected Q-Park car parks.
It is important that you create your MyQ-Park account before registering on the app or your Season Ticket will not link correctly with your vehicles car registration and you will not be able to enter and exit the car park using your number plate.
How to register your number plate
1. Activate your My Q-Park Account on the Q-Park website. When you purchased your Season Ticket, you will have received an email prompting you to activate your account
2. Download the Q-Park app
3. Login using your My Q-Park Account Email and Password
4. Enter your car registration
After completing the above steps, the barrier will automatically open when you drive in or out of your home car park. The Q-Park app has been developed to further enhance the parking experience for our Season Ticket holders.

Seamless
Very simple to register and use. No fiddling trying to collect a ticket from a machine or search for change to pay. No queuing for a machine after a show and straight. Would highly recommend it.
Avoid!!!
Installed the app probably two years ago if not more, registered my data. Never used the app and even deleted it. Sold my car. Suddenly got charged for parking because the car I registered and already sold was detected on one of the parking. Checked my account on the web-site: no transactions or parking was shown. Conclusions: (1) the app doesn’t delete your account and/or data if you uninstall it; (2) the product management of the app doesn’t consider deactivate or at least verify your account if you do not use it for a while. Support team said it is the obligation of the users to remember that once way back they registered with the app even if they never use it. Unpleasant user experience and lesson for me never register with app provided by untrusted companies who don’t really understand the use cases!
Double charged
Purchased a weekly ticket in my local multi-storey car park. I was charged a second time via the app when leaving. Poor service, no response from support. Very disappointed
