Squeezing a couple more cents when locking
Every two times I use this app, when locking up it will take about 3 minutes to load up to 100%. This is obviously the company’s way of squeezing a couple extra cent/euro off its customers as it certainly wasn’t an issue with my connection the the internet. It then says “lock failed” and upon trying to lock it again everything works normally.

Pisa ebike
Bought a unlimited ebike pass for 24hrs in Pisa and was charged for additional rides within the 24hour period. Currently appealing this double charge and have been waiting a week to settle this dispute.
This exact situation has also happened to my friend who was with me at the time.
My advice: avoid this service, it’s too expensive and the support isn’t there when you appeal. Although I’m sure someone from the app will be quick to reply to this review.
False advertising and too many hidden changes
