Peace of mind
Bought this Doorbell six months ago , Caught two lads trying to break into my car a couple of weeks later, My phone alerts me when there is some one coming near my house, It's peace of mind when I'm at home on my own, I can see who is ringing my doorbell Also when I'm out of the house I can see who is at my door and why , no matter where I am,I can speak to them , It's expensive but well worth the money .

I am being blocked by opening my account because the system can’t VERIFY MY CAPTCHA. I have tried to open a new account, but it tells me I have one This crazy system is sending me around in circles. What’s more they have the neck to charge me for this so called service. Very poor customer service. The robot system is useless and you can’t get onto a human unless you phone - at my expense. Keep clear of this company is my advice!!! Ray.
Update: I spent hours on to this company’s so called HELP line without success. I was away over Christmas and my property was left unprotected ! I have two of these door bells and can’t access either of them, I have even tried to open a new account with a alternative email address NO Good either. Unless they contact me, I wash my hands of this company…

If that isn't working well for you, you're welcome to try and set your Ring account up via a web browser on Ring.com. I got robbed at ring doorbell didn’t catch anything
Last night about 1 or 2 am about 3 or 4 boys came and robbed my handbag in my car.I went out and checked my car and I noticed all the compartments in my car were open and all my money/coins was everywhere and when I went out to check maybye they left the handbag outside and when I went out I saw all my lip liner and lip sticks and pictures all scattered everywhere when I went to check the ring doorbell to see all the footage it didn’t even catch anything😡.And I’m very mad cause it’s my favourite handbag what is a Louise Vuitton one what I had for years .
