Poor app exp compared to Gudog

The app interface and information provided is really poor compared to Gudog. The features are not user friendly for repeat users. I can no longer see when my sitter is not available or on holidays. The payment is not as slick and it’s easy to miss the final confirmation step after the sitter has accepted.

Hi. Having moved from gudog, I now can’t get registered on Rover. When I try a new registration with a new email, I’m prevented as I’ve the same phone number. All I get are error screens, very frustrating
