I have been traveling with Ryanair since they started their company and it changed my life I have family abroad and I was able to go and see them so often and they opened up lots of people lives so they could go on holidays ‘before they were here with there friendly staff and cheap fares also always on time
it was impossible to travel before with other airlines as the price to go abroad with them was very expensive

I prefer aer Lingus. Ryan air has so much to learn
I have travelled with Ryan air and still do sometimes, but I prefer aer Lingus. Why? Because I have been caught trying to board a Ryan air plane at Birmingham airport holding a baby in one arm, I piece of hand baggage, a two year old boy, a nappy bag and a double buggy and then being left by Ryan air to navigate getting myself and all that down the 2 flights of wobbly exterior metal steps to the runway - and on a windy day to boot. No help from Ryan air staff to get into the seats with the kids and put luggage overhead. I’ve had flights cancelled or changed by a full day. I’ve paid a whopping 240 euro for a single London flight and still been auto-allocated the worst seat in the middle at the very back of the plane. I’ve had dirty food tables etc etc. never with aer Lingus who provide the best customer service around and in fact when traveling with a baby from Belfast to Amsterdam easy jet couldn’t do enough and put 2 passengers happily into exit seats to “give me room to work with”. I didn’t ask - it was an excellent service. Worst of all, I have seen those on crutches in a player cast and elderly gentlemen in wheelchairs left last to board, with no appropriate seat organized fir them. Ryan air has so much to learn. And yet I begrudgingly travel with them if the better airlines do not go to my destination or if work has bought the cheaper flight for me for business.
Ryanair remains an appallingly bad customer service experience. The stark difference between the marked minority of competent agents capable of professionally and expediently dealing with queries and the vast majority of jaded, incompetent and plain rude and ignorant staff points to an extremely poorly managed and demoralized Customer Service Organisation with an extremely high front line staff turnover. In short; my recent experience of your Customer Service suggests it to be poorly managed, likely poorly structured and run on the basis of turnover and the bottom line as opposed to the currently vaunted valued customer experience. If the wider executive of Ryanair are unaware of the shocking performance of this part of Ryanair that would be worrying. More worrying would be if they were aware and are comfortable with the treatment their customers are experiencing from this branch of the organisation.
