This app has an excellent amount of features! The fact that it has so many options of features is the absolute best thing about it! It has a lot of useful information, a trait I appreciate a lot. You can see seven day’s worth of a forecast of both the weather and the UV index, notifications sent to your phone whenever the UV or temperatures get to a certain point, I’m able to change the temperatures the celsius to fahrenheit and vice versa, see what points of the day is most dangerous to go outside, send UV levels to contacts in my phone etc. I’ve never witnessed an app have so many useful features available to the consumer. This has been so helpful for me and I’ve been able to feel more secure every day in light of the sun. I’m able to go outside and enjoy my day, stress free because the app always has information available to me. The app really predicts what may be coming. They prevent me from going outside when the sun may be harsh. I’ve sent my friends the UV Index for the app and they are apt to download it, it’s been so useful for them and myself.

The Solar Scanner app is an awesome tool for sun protection by providing a wide spectrum of information about the UV radiation level but also the weather update for my location. I use the app as a precautious step in my journey to a healthier life! I thought it would be difficult, however, the app has been helpful with tracking the current UV radiation in my area. With this feature, I am capable of preventing overexposure to the sun that could potentially be dangerous for me. Not only does the Solar Scanner app offer UV updates for the next 7 days, but it also specifies at what time in the daytime it is highly recommended to take out of the sun. I find it to be a smart and reliable feature. Thanks to this app I am able to protect myself from overexposure to the UV radiation and be more mindful of my own body and health! This app has excellent features and very useful UV index functionality that I use regularly. I find myself often using UV forecasts to plan outdoor activities such as hiking or running. I already take additional precautionary measurements to protect myself and my skin from the sun. I love that Solar Scanner notifies me when it is best to stay inside and avoid the sun. What is more, the app's design is stunning and I think it provides the most information in a visible and informative way such as weather, cloudiness or sunrise and sunset time. I have to mention the outstanding design of the app that captivated me! I personally think that Solar Scanner is a crucial app to anyone that is concerned about UV exposure & using sun protection on a daily basis. I believe this would be the perfect app for older people that due to various reasons have to avoid the sun. That is because the app's user friendly and easy to navigate through!
