Hard to use
Our use of Sales Force is extremely cumbersome. Without knowing Case & Case Meeting numbers, I have to check every case description that matches what I want, say “housing”, to find the housing case that relates to the particular housing case, for the individual client I am interested in.
I imagine SF is essentially a data base and our problem is that the forms designs we are using does not suit our needs.
New Lightning Version
Wow - this is the best update to Salesforce since the Lightning interface was released, the app is so much faster and easier to use than it used to be - perfect mobile CRM!
