Awful app awful company
App is awful to use. It’s slow, glitchy and doesn’t work a lot of the time. Couldn’t link my kids new fobs to account and no help or reply from customer service! So we don’t use this app all.
There’s a few quid still on the old fobs which this company have now taken from me,no reply at all when asked for a refund!
Steer well clear of both the app & the company!
Very poor
Great idea, but a very poor app. You cannot see a history of when you topped up the accounts. The receipts section does not show all transactions. Poor to sign up initially.
Horrendous app very difficult to sign up to
Repeated attempts, very very illogical and still trying to sign in, have tried the 3 ways and going around in circles
