Screen Time Parental Control helps parents manage their children’s screen time and app usage. Set time limits, block apps during bedtime, reward them for chores and more.
Kids who have a smartphone spend an average of 7.5 hours on their devices per day. Screen Time was developed to help parents get their children to put their phones down and engage in outdoor activities, family chats at the dinner table, concentrate on their homework, and get a good night’s sleep.
The free version of Screen Time arms parents with information about their children's’ smartphone and tablet usage. With the free version of our screen time tracker, you are able to:
▪ Monitor your kids’ screen time
▪ View app usage - See which apps are being used and for how long
▪ Receive a notification when your kids try to install a new app
▪ Receive a daily summary of your kids app and web usage
If you decide you need to proactively manage your children's’ screen time on iPhone or iPad, our Premium version of our app gives parents greater control over their kids’ devices. With Screen Time Premium, you can:
▪ Set a specific daily time limit for your kids’ screen time
▪ Set schedules of when they can and can’t use their device
▪ Instantly pause your kids’ devices at the push of a button
▪ Block certain app activity during bedtime
▪ See exactly where your children are with GPS phone location tracking
▪ Get an alert when your child arrives or leaves a specific location
▪ Receive a daily email summary of your kids app and web usage
▪ Set tasks and chores for your kids to complete, allowing them to earn additional screen time when they’re done

This app is not goo
My and my friend decided to try this app on our children’s iPad to see if they would spend less time on it and more time doing something productive and talk to us more, so we did. But it turns out to me a bad app. I bug or something. It turns off whenever it wants and has ruined my son’s tablet. It has actually teared my family apart due to my sons’ unhappiness. I do not recommend this app as your children will most likely not be happy with it and it will do the opposite of brining you together as they won’t want to talk. I ended up having to throw away that tablet because of the damage it was doing. It wasted the battery and the brightness and volume would go up and down and up and down. This only began when I got the app. Do not get this app because you may as well thought the device away altogether (like I did in the end) as it ruins the device.
Extremely poor app
Bought this app previously before it became standard on Apple. Cancelled the subscription then because the app frequently crashed, hung or limits often didn’t work properly. Somewhat amazed that Apple has continued to embed this app with its devices given the extent of the issues that persist with it. Time limits rarely work properly. Can’t count the number of times that device works indefinitely beyond the time limit. Still such a gap for a developer to devise a similar app that actually works properly.
Great app
Really useful- my son got his first phone recently - this app let us implement boundaries straight away and see what he is up to. Minor issue whereby the app could be uninstalled but there is a workaround on this. Son is fine with it most of the time, gripes about not having access to settings but in general him getting a phone has gone a LOT smoother than it would have without the app. “I’ll pause your phone if...” gets him moving 😀 the ability to grant free play is great too for reward. I highly recommend this app for any parent looking to set healthy limits on phone use.
