- Download the free SeatBoost app
- Starting 24 hours before your flight, check if your flight is eligible
- Join the live auction for your desired class and bid for an upgrade
- You can bid for yourself as well as for your traveling companions
- Pay only if you win
- Winners receive their upgrade automatically at the end of the auction

Doesn’t work
I’ve tried it twice. Both times I won my auction. Both times there was some excuse why the airline couldn’t give me an upgrade.
