Absolutely top class support from Manuel he helped me so quickly and patiently!
Sensate is a fab product I really benefit from using it regularly.
Glitches
I love my new Sensate when it works. I’m having problems connecting it to Bluetooth. Half of the time I see a message saying Sensate not connected even though Bluetooth and the Sensate are both switched on and next to each other.
I do have so so two phones but I endure that I’ve exited the app on one phone before I login to the other phone.
Help please as it’s stressing me out when I’m trying to destress! 😳
I can’t seem to open the app anymore
It was working earlier I went to go change my track and the app never opened again and now it crashes every time I try to open it.
