Could be better

At first, the app was working perfectly! But then, it starts not tracking anymore, my daughter send me messages through the CHAT, but me and my husband don’t receive any messages from her in the app and we can’t send messages to her in the app, just through the SIM CARD. Could you please, fix it?

Inaccurate gps and delayed contact with watch

Bought two watches for the kids and while the watches are child friendly and intuitive enough to use the gps/app is quite clunky and inaccurate. The watches are between 2 and 9.5 km from their tracked locations. Updating sos/phone book numbers takes a few attempts as the app said they were offline when they were turned on with good network connectivity. The overall look of the app is childish and while that is appropriate for the watches, the parent interface could be better. If you’re looking at the app, you probably already have the watches which the kids love but don’t give me the confidence I was hoping to have that I could keep an eye on them whilst they develop independence.

Bad gps

The watch took ages to start working after I put the SIM (eir) card in it kept saying it was offline I left it on for a day and came back and it worked without me having to do anything. The location is terrible and that was the reason behind the purchase so I could see where my child is at all times, yet when he is in the house it says he is in the dublin mountains and when he is playing on the street with his friends it says he is on the m50.. The location tracker needs a major improvement other than that it works as it should I suppose. Calls and voice messaging work.
