Favorite app
I rarely write reviews but this app is just about the best I have used.I have ordered maybe 6 or 7 times and I have never had a problem. I’m usually totally surprised by the lovely quality of the clothes as they are so reasonably priced. They are true to size and the community of people who review make it so easy to choose well. I had a couple of queries and found the customer support works well. The app is so easy to use, intuitive and well laid out. I’m in Spain and the deliveries take between a week to two weeks arrive, everything packed nicely and received in good condition. I have ordered men’s and women’s clothes, jewelry, shoes, home products and art and craft materials. I would have no hesitation recommending this app. Know your measurements, read the size guides and the reviews and enjoy 😀
Costumer Service
The SHEIN costumers service is very poor. Does not help you with your questions . And they don’t care about your question. And there’s no person you can chat/talk about . They just send you some “ submit ticket” and they will reply to you within 24hours . What kind of service is that. I don’t usually write a reviews on any of the online shops like this. But this SHEIN is too much. Last time I just want to know where is my package is because their tracking device is not working. But I didn’t get any response about that. So far their items are cheap and nice quality , I don’t have any problem with that.
The developers ask me to DM them . But I tried but still not respond. And they didn’t put email or number where I can DM them. They just ask me to open their apps and answer all the stupid questions which is not helping. That ticket I submitted last time? I still didn’t get a response and still in “pending” mode. Like ? What?
That few things I ordered from shein is not for me . It’s supposedly for my family and my Christmas presents for them. But they didn’t have it.
