As well as being an integral part of Emedia Campaigns drive for improved sustainability, access, and security, moving to a paperless ticketing system is part of our digital transformation journey to help protect the environment and improve the patron’s event ticketing experience. There is no need to print tickets or wait for tickets to arrive by post, as our digital tickets are delivered instantly into your ShowTicks app.

SECURE
Your digital tickets cannot be lost, stolen, or fraudulently copied.
The app prevents ticket abuse and protects the supplier, whether that be an artist, team, venue, you, and the fans.

The ShowTicks app connects you closer to the event with exclusive content, offers, news and extras, even after the event is over.

STRAIGHT FORWARD
You can use the ShowTicks app to securely transfer tickets you have bought for friends. Simply enter their mobile phone number and hit the transfer button.

Here’s how it works:

DOWNLOAD THE SHOWTICKS APP
Once you have purchased your ticket(s), you and all your guests will be sent an SMS message prompting you to download the ShowTicks app.

REGISTER WITH THE SHOWTICKS APP
The first time you use the ShowTicks app, you will need to register your details. This must mirror the registration details used when purchasing your tickets (First name, Surname, Mobile Number) for you to be recognised and for tickets to be delivered to the app. You only must register once.

FIND YOUR TICKETS
When ShowTicks release the event tickets you will find your tickets in the ‘My Tickets’ section of the ShowTicks App. To help keep your tickets safe and secure, the QR code for each ticket will only appear around 48 hours before gates open.

MAKE SURE YOUR MOBILE IS CHARGED ON THE DAY!
On arrival at the entry gates on the day, have your ticket ready to scan with the QR code face up and make your way through the gate entry.

ONE TICKET PER DEVICE
Apart from children or dependents, it’s one ticket per device. Therefore, everyone for whom you’ve bought tickets must also download the ShowTicks app so you can transfer their tickets to their devices.
