How it works:
- Place your device (iPhone/iPad/iPod) on your acoustic/MIDI piano or keyboard and play; the app will immediately recognize what you are playing
- Get instant feedback on your playing to quickly learn and improve your piano skills
- Discover the magic of music with fun songs in the Library and complete courses to start sounding like a pro
How the Subscription Works:
- All app users can play two free courses. Upgrade to a premium subscription package at any time.
- Subscribers will receive full access to ALL courses. New courses and songs added every month!
- All recurring subscriptions will auto-renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen package.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Your subscription is for your iTunes account and can be used on your iOS device.
- Payments will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period.

I don’t consider myself a musical person. I’ve tried the guitar, flute and keyboard and always ended up frustrated. I decided to download this app as my last attempt at learning an instrument. I can tell you that from all of my new Covid lockdown hobbies, playing the keyboard became my favorite one thanks to this app! I’ve learned so much and it’s so satisfying to see my progress. The courses are very good and you’re never stuck in something for too long. Some classes are harder but sometimes you just need a good night sleep and next day your brain is fresh and ready to nail it. The challenges are great fun and I love the beta version too. Now I’m sending videos of me playing classical music to everyone I know and I look forward to playing every day!
The perfect start to a life in music
My 11 year old son started with Simply Piano last July and quickly became immersed in the subject even though the keyboard he was using was over 20 years old. After getting a much better piano for Christmas, and starting lessons in January he has just passed his Grade 3 piano exam. So from zero to grade 3 in less than a year.
Simply Piano was the perfect entry for him as I don’t think formal lessons would have worked from the start. He obviously has an aptitude for piano but we are so impressed with the app and can’t thank Simply Piano enough for opening the doors to so much for him.
