Since the latest iOS update, I cant export PDF or Excel files to an email address. Can you please issue an update to resolve this asap. Thanks.

App not syncing between iPad and iPhone
I have used this app for a few projects and found it great, using it on my iPhone.
I recently started using it on an iPad linked to my iPhone. It closes when trying to email a report and it is not syncing with my iPhone.
It would get 5 stars if this issue was resolved.

Regarding automatic synchronization, the app being completely standalone and storing all its data locally on device, it is not available, you will need to send your siteworks file from your iPhone to your iPad, the app being able to merge changes between edits. You can find more informations on the procedures for import/export of siteworks files from the documentation accessible from our website or from within the app.

No syncing for multiple users
I wanted to work with a colleague - we would both be snagging on a Site. It seems it’s not possible to ‘sync’ a project between multiple users.
I have contacted the App designer twice to ask if syncing is possible but no response.
As far as I can see, all you can do with this app is a standalone person use it to generate PDF reports or similar.

As explained in our response to you by email, the app is standalone and hosts all of the data on the device.
To share a project, you have to export a siteworks file from any annotated drawing and send it to/ share it with your coworkers.
When you want to sync the data later in time, you need to exchange your siteworks files and the app will be able to merge the data so it is synced, and both of you will see and work on the same data.
