Notifications badge is broken
YoungHungDumb
The app is good. I like almost everything about the app itself. However, the notification badge is broken and it's quite frustrating. It'll often say I have notifications even when I have already seen those messages on my work laptop. I'm guessing it just doesn't check to get rid of the badge once a notification is received. I'd love for this to be fixed properly.

The best collaboration tool

Too many places force staff to use Teams because it is bundled with Enterprise 365 subscription. Teams encourages 1-2-1 communication resulting in a lack of shared knowledge. Slack allows topic based communication and allows fine grained control over notifications. When I’m away I want to be alerted to critical issues, not because someone added an emoji to a post. Remote working with someone in slack is easier too because we can both share screens. My only gripe is that Slack sometimes stays connected to a particular audio source rather than using the system default.
Reliable and easy to use

I went from using Skype for Business to this. The difference was night and day. For a start, Slack actually works, notifies me and doesn’t crash. My standards were probably set low to start with but Slack does what it says on the tin
Bug fixes
• Callout sections in canvases can now be edited on mobile. The ink never dries on a Slack canvas — revise to your heart's delight, no matter the device in hand.
