It’s so convenient!

I used to travel 14 km each way at least once a month to send money to another country. You can even send money to anywhere you are. Whoever come up with this idea is a genius. Thank you! You have my 5 stars!

Avoid them or lose money (Unprofessional/pathetic)

I don’t usually write reviews but my experience with Small World has compelled me...and this might save someone time and money. Made a transfer 3 weeks ago. Within one week SW confirmed that payer(intermediary bank/SW partner) has made the payment but my friend did not receive funds. Tried to call SW but after waiting for an hour a few times on call I gave up. They make it impossible for customers to reach them and that’s business as usual for SW. Tried chat, for which they connected me to their US office who had no clue about transaction. On Emails it takes more than 2 days to get a response and the response wasn't helpful at all. I did not receive any appropriate justification as to why the payment was not made. After 2 weeks they told me that SW provided incorrect info to the payer. In the third week SW cancelled the transaction stating that their partner do not accept corrections!!! i.e. SW/their partner has been utilising my funds (more than Euro 10,000) since 3 weeks now. They told me that it will take another week for the funds to be returned to my account. That timeline has also elapsed!!! I’m still waiting for my funds and needless to state the exchange loss I had to bear and and couldn't fulfil my commitment!! It’s just some pathetic unprofessional lot conning people!

Bad customer service. Unresponsive!

So far, nothing but bad experience. I have been asked multiple times to send my documents which i have uploaded days before but has been pending review since. I have replied to their email but no response, instead will send me the exact same email that i have replied too.

Then after 1 week of trying to contact customer support my documents where just declined with no reason. My funds are still undelivered and their holding it.

NEVER transfer large amounts with smallworld. They will hold it as long as they can!
