Learn how to safely introduce more than 300 foods to baby. Each food has free detailed nutrition information, choking & allergen guidance, specific instructions on how to cut and serve the food based on baby's age, videos of real babies eating the food, and more.
The Solid Starts app has been devised by a team of doctors, feeding specialists, swallowing specialists, and dieticians. Quickly search for a food (eggs, chicken, strawberries, anything!) and feel confident in exactly how to prepare it for baby.
Want to track foods or access recipes? With a paid subscription, you can record baby's progress with a digital food log, track baby's favourite foods, make a list of foods you'd like to try later, and track any foods baby has had a reaction to which you can share with doctors and caregivers. Subscribers also have access to a searchable database of more than 300 recipes.

Wish there was a bigger word than love!
Honestly solidstarts changed my life! I thankfully found it early on in our feeding journey and it made huge changes! Meal time is such an enjoyable time, my son loves food and loves to feed himself! Everyone gets to enjoy mealtime! Solidstarts first food database was a tab always left open on my phone as I use it every single day to help me prepare food safely, so having the app is AMAZING!! Honestly can’t say enough good things about solidstarts, their website, social media and app are incomparable to anything else.
Amazing Free Content
Download this app for the free content alone! It is a phenomenal resource that allows you to be more adventurous when starting solids. The “how to serve” section gives great reassurance when trying foods for the first time and the pictures make it super easy to progress your serving style as baby grows. Thank you Solid Starts Team for creating something so helpful!

I love this app. The only suggestion is : it would great to be able to add a picture of our little one when logging the new food
