Amazing app
I love StockX because whenever I buy I know that I’m buying the real thing. Prices are steep but that can be expected for this type of fashion. Shipping is fast and efficient and paying is very quick and simple as they walk you through everything making it as transparent as possible. Overall love Stockx and recommend it to anyone who is looking for limited and rare clothing as this is definitely the safest way to go.
Very poor
Went to buy a Nike reversible jacket it came to about €150 with shipping included, bought the item and got an email saying it had been cancelled and that someone had bought it before me, it still took my €150, it then told me to try buy it at the new price it had been set to, went back to the page and it was still in stock at the same price, so I tried buying it again and the same thing happened, it took the €150 and I got the same email, why is it letting me buy when it clearly changed price or went out of stock, the app displays these things hours after they’ve happened and just takes ur money. €300 had just been taken off me when I need it for Christmas shopping. How am I supposed to know if it’s just going to take my money again if I try buy it?
Fragonard
Stock X is excellent. The System is extremely efficient with great updates/notifications etc. and pricing fully transparent. The first item I bought was from USA into EU. The final price was about 60% of what I would have paid on eBay for the same item. This was even though the ‘list price’ on Stock X and that on eBay was similar. Some sellers on Stock X are looking for ridiculous money, but then you can avoid. My experience so far has been great.
