Best app ever
I got banned for minor reasons but.. I’m 13 the app is 12+ right I love the app but you get banned very easy which I understand but I’ve tried reaching out to you guys and I would love my account back my friend took my phone and spammed inappropriate messages so if people revive them if I get my account back please understand that I would never type that kind of stuff I’m 13! And nearly 14 ( thanks superfy) Èabha!

Hello! We apologize for this, Superfy must follow local guidelines on Minor Protection. The app is for 13 year olds in most countries, however in Ireland we are only allowed to welcome users who are 16+.
The specific ages vary from country to country, the age marked on the AppStore is a general reference. If your local rules were to change we’ll be so happy to welcome you back!
It’s amazing but lack of moderation
So according to one moderator I talked to no one gets permanently banned and when I asked if they worked with local law agencies or FBI or anything like that to report these child abuse material they said no I’m seriously questioning whether this app should still be on bc I know moderation isn’t terrible but you should be reporting these crimes
