Please help me find my house

I love this game but I just can’t find where my houses please tell me where it is and write back and I’m looking to get some Wings so how’s the quick way and you don’t have to spend that much gems

My dad comes back with the milk quicker than the support team respond.

Amazing gameplay , frequent issues , horrible support team. Back in around June my account information and game was somehow wiped. I contacted support on multiple occasions and never got a response (still do this very second) I re downloaded and logged back in last week and my account along with its progress returned?? But now there’s yet again another problem. I cannot stress how many people have unresolved problems because the support team may as well not exist. I’m stuck on the loading screen it never changes, there’s no progress and I’ve done everything. I’ve re installed like three times now, restarted my phone, cleared cache all for nothing. I already send another email and I’m still waiting for a response or any help whatsoever. I’d love to give it five stars I really would. But the support and constant issues just ruin the actual fun gameplay and experience.

Glich maybe?

Well it would normally work perfectly but it says something about Timeout and it will always show a black screen to me . Overall that it’s a brilliant game
