Unable to get a refund of unauthorised charges
I am not a regular user of tango
I used it this month for the first time in a long time and when I clicked into it I got a notification for what I thought was an update. After I clicked into it did I realise that I has signed up to a subscription service. I immediately cancelled the subscription but I cannot find a means on the app to contact tango to arrange a refund of the initial payment.

Hidden charges / Hight Tax rate
Hidden charges are too high, you are taking too much money on the name tax, you are applying extra tax money , on 500$ transaction you are charging more then 100$ on the name of tax, no country charge that kind of money on 500$ transaction, even no bank or finical institute charge that kind of tax , i do not know , how your app is calculating the tax amount , thanks

Tango does not charge any taxes, the bank does.
Usually the taxes are 8% of the purchase amount.
But it depends on the country, the bank and other aspects.
