Description
TaskWare is web enabled for administration & reporting functionality, with a mobile app suitable for on the go location based tasks.
It helps you record your customer details and creates tasks or jobs that your field service personnel can access whilst remote and execute.
An easy to use web front end allows you to have a bird’s eye view of all the jobs in your organisation, to assign jobs to your personnel, to keep track of the progress of jobs, completion time and date, delayed jobs etc.
Personnel in the field can use the handy mobile app to click pictures to prove the task completion, sign and complete tasks, look up their task list, pick unassigned tasks and complete them, etc.
