Big step backwards
I’ve given it two days but oh boy…. This app is a big step backwards from the previous versions. It is basically like you are viewing the page in a mobile browser rather than the more refined dedicated mobile app experience. Also it has been buggy loading pages compared to mobile browser or native app. It’s being labelled as adding more features but in reality it looks like they are just trying to cut App development costs. Users do not need or want every feature on a mobile browser. There doesn’t seem any difference between this app and loading mobile website in Safari. TW Desk app was one of my top home screen apps used extensively. I’ve been a big fan of TW Desk over the past few years and sorry to see this app update as a big step backwards.
Disappointed in the new version
It’s just a responsive web app. Loved the old version much more.
I kept force closing the new one to work out why the normal web app was opening. May as well use browser and uninstall the app.
