Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire 4+

Have heard a number of people say this is a scamming website. I believe that to be a false narrative. I’ve ordered numerous of items and they have never failed to deliver what was ordered. In fact one delivery was a few days late and I got the €5 credit!! I also got credit because something I bought had dropped in price between me buying it and when it was delivered. So I would definitely disagree with anyone who says this site is scamming. The fact you can pay using PayPal kinda says it’s not, because I don’t think PayPal would guarantee your order if TEMU was scamming everyone!

Delivery took longer than expected - was awarded points or something as an apology but they expired before I seen the email as it was in my spam folder. All a bit confusing & stressful with the clock/countdown, that’s not how I like to shop. If I get interrupted, I may have to exit & return again later when I have a quiet moment to myself. I don’t like the pressure of or understand to be honest expiring points, spin this, win that… It’s a bit off putting & I may just return to shopping elsewhere where it’s less complicated! However, if all this is your thing, everything arrived well packaged, without too much wasteful packaging & in perfect condition! I was kept updated by email. All that said I braced the countdown clock & am currently awaiting another delivery… I’ll keep you posted! I’m addicted to the lovely jewellery💕

I have ordered goods twice from Temu. They do their best to live up to their ‘mission statement’. Not everything I have purchased however is of quality but there are good products to be found as I found out when I purchased the foldable 3-in-1 wireless charger. I also discovered they have a good after-sales service. Complaints are taken seriously and (although a little slow) are dealt with eventually in person. There is also the added benefit to the customer to return goods for free for a refund. I haven’t as yet returned anything so I can’t comment on this. I have to return a few items I purchased recently, so I will see how that is processed and I will come back to tell you about my experience. Bottom line, TEMU is legit.
