Thanks for using our app! We're always trying to bring the best to your mindfulness journey and continue to update the app regularly. This update includes some bug fixes and you will now be able to find our Courses section via the major changes to our "Meditate" tab, a new "For You" section, improved Reminders, and even a new category: Compassion!

New "Meditate" tab - We’ve improved overall usability while incorporating a more personal view! Additionally, we're here to help your circadian rhythm with the background visuals found in our new "Meditate" tab (previously "Home Screen"). We’ve now included background visuals that follow the sun to support your body’s innate 24-hour cycle. You can now find visuals and imagery that help regulate your inner sleep-wake cycle so that you get the most out of your day and evening hours.
The third great update to our "Meditate" tab includes a new recommendation section to keep you updated with new meditations we think you’ll enjoy.

New “For You” section - Our "For You" section combines relevant and new options with content that matches your interests and preferences based on your user profile. You can now find newly added mediations and courses that match your previously enjoyed content as well as some classics that we think you'll enjoy!

New Category: Compassion - Over the years we've found that many users search for and need more assistance in finding compassion for themselves and for those around them. We've not put together and added an entirely new category to our diverse library of guided meditations and courses that focus on self-compassion, compassion for others, and all compassion-related practices.

Reminders - Our personalised reminders include not only a message to help you remember to meditate, but also encourage you to begin a habitual routine in your meditation practice. By finding a consistent time of day that works best for you, you are more likely to practice consistently, and we’re happy to assist in every way possible!

Relaxation support

This is hands down the best mindfulness app which you could possibly use. Easy to use, you can find both free and paid materials, it’s a great help for your daily mindfulness routine.
