A model scout approaches someone who has no idea of their potential and submits the photos to THE.Ølz agency. If the model is signed, the scout gets a reward. Anyone can become a scout, you just need to practice and train your « eye » to spot new faces. Anyone can submit their photos to THE.Ølz agency to take a chance to become a model.
