Meaning carers can chat and ask for support when it suits them with other carers, professionally trained Carer Advisors and Health Professionals.
Unique with The Pod is the opportunity to receive professional advice, support and information via Live Messenger and Video Chat during allocated times. This means that you can receive support without having to travel, leave the person you’re caring for or worry about the time of day.
