Ticketmaster－Buy, Sell Tickets 4+

I was forced to download the “new” Ticketmaster app, and after wading through multiple unnecessary taps and logging in I’m asked to log in for a second time. Now when I open app, I get a pop-up telling me I need to update to the latest version and on tapping it I am brought to the App Store which tells me the app isn’t available in my country 😂

The only way I can open the app successfully is via the App Store. Going to be so many frustrated people in the queue tonight. Your company makes a fortune on fees and upsells and you can’t even do ticketing right. Wild.

Just downloaded the “brand new” Ticketmaster app! It’s ridiculous. It still can’t decipher who’s human and who’s a bot! It locks you out and then refuses to let you back in because it thinks you’re a bot! It won’t let you choose tickets that are clearly available. Even the search engine is awful. Why can’t you just search venues, or search who’s playing in a particular month without having to look through every single date. Tedious. We have no choice but to buy from you. The least you can do is make the experience more user friendly.

I made a new ticket master account as an event i wanted to get tickets for, its presale was today so i created an account last night so i would not have to deal with this.

Everything was going well until it asked me to put in my gmail i put it in and it said that account doesnt exist. Multiple times i tried but no so i switched to my sisters gmail on my laptop and it said my browsing activity has been paused for suspicious network(i was just connected to my house wifi) this kept happening between the accounts not existing or ticket master saying the password is wrong. I am gutted but luckily my friend ceeveen malone got me a ticket but i am still disgusted.
This is not the only time this happened it happens with other concerts also ive heard from friends and family.

I am appalled and the fact this has been happening for a while is disgraceful.
FIX TICKETMASTER!
